Q: How do I make redemption On-The-Spot?

Q: Can I cancel the redemption or exchange for another Gift after redemption is made?

A: Sorry, once a redemption is accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.


Q: Can I exchange my CEL Card Points for cash?

A: No. Points are not exchangeable for cash. However, you can redeem cash voucher from selected redemption merchants. For more details, visit www.cityexplorercard.com.my


Q: Where can I get the latest Gifts Catalogue?

A: You have to make a request to obtain our main Gifts Catalogue via email, fax or contact out customer service. Otherwise, you can log onto www.cityexplorercard.com.my to view our latest Gift list.

A: CEXpress gives you the option of redeeming selected gifts with CEL Card Points + Cash (Ringgit Malaysia). This way, y ou do not have to wait to enjoy your preferred gifts. And you have an opportunity to redeem many more gifts too.
